Shoresh, who was HTA's customer service supervisor, is now responsible for coordinating new strategic initiatives with state tolling authorities, directing HTA's customer service unit and managing field operations for the company, which recently moved to a new headquarters location, doubling its commercial office space.

Having joined HTA in 2005 as manager of the Transponder Rentals Division and subsequently served as manager of the Violations Processing Division, Shoresh also is now the company's information technology liaison with car-rental companies and tolling authorities.

Previously, Mr. Shoresh was city security manager for the education facilities of Ramat Gan, a city outside Tel Aviv, Israel, where he also served in the Israel Defense Forces.
